Far away in the Eastern provinces ruled by the Goddess of Flame lay a snow covered village. It’d been snowing quite heavily, and from the forests nearby emerged a knight in dulled metal armor. He had a heavy, ragged coat that covered most of his body. He passed by the empty guard towers and into the village center. Still seeing no one, he walked towards a dilapidated shrine. He passed under the Torii gate and took the few steps up the creaky wooden steps, being mindful of his weight and armor. He stood before the Shrine’s donation box, and tossed a golden coin. “Dirty travelers like yourself are not welcome here,” a voice spoke. The shrine priestess emerged, robed in white and red, and a hoodie of sorts that her black fox ears stuck out from. They flickered under the soft pellets of the snow. Greetings! I'm TangerineTopaz, but you can call me Topaz or Tangy. Just not an Orange - there's a difference between Oranges and Tangerines y'know! VVV (More below with updates n stuff!) VVV

If you're here it means that you either checked me out my twitter or my youtube channel, or you knew me by my previous identity here on DA! Though a lot of my previous work dealt with pokemon and some older fanfics, I've spent the last few years dreaming and working on an original story featuring, well, Topaz! So you'll likely be seeing a lot more anime and story related stuff here.

While it is my plan to discontinue some of my older projects and stories since my interests have changed (it's been quite a while growing up!) I haven't lost sight of the stories that I've wanted to tell or the characters and friends I made along the way. You may yet see a few familiar faces in this new saga!

I'm working on getting the writing uploaded in bits and pieces, and in the meantime, I've also worked on becoming a Vtuber! I'm still growing and learning how everything works while I set everything up and juggle commitments in this busy life of mine. I'd much appreciate any support you can give me!

Where I've Been and Where I'm Going

Greetings! It's been a long while, hasn't it? About 3 years since I last touched DA, and probably half a decade since I was really active on it. I've done a lot of thinking and I've been growing a lot too. Time changes people, and interests change, but the stories I write and enjoy still hold true in their content. Granted there's a lot of things I look back on and cringe on heavily, but there are still themes to explored and threads of ideas to be tied together. The main reason for my dormancy was mostly my falling out with my previous interests - I don't hate them, but again, time and growth. I struggled for a long while on what to do, or where my art direction should go. Had a lot of trouble recognizing my other self, my Gemini star, if you well. Back in high school I was known as the Pink Tiger. Before that I was known as Lil'. Yet now, I move into a new stage of my life, with redefined aspirations and dreams. Different, yet still the same. Now I recognize myself as Topaz. With
